Beef Tongue & Podcast #3

My friend Drew turned thirty this past weekend and in honour of his aging pallet, we ate an assortment of wigged out meat between us.

Drew - Lentils & Testina (rolled pig face)
Joel - Raw Horse Sammy
Rachelle - Pork Belly
Valery Gore - Beef Tongue
As well we had a sampling of head cheese, and other strange consistency meats.

It was delicious. But I have to say (and I'm not over-dramatic about these kinds of things) that my stomach killed afterwards.
